Only on certain items for example beaded items can not be changed as they are incorporated in the stitching of the bead work, where as clasp on wire or chainmail can be changed.
All items are packaged securely and will be posted 1st class if under £10 or 1st class signed for if over £10, via Royal Mail

All items are carefully made by hand so we generally advise a 2-3 week lead time for bespoke items, however if you need something a little sooner please contact us and we’ll see if we can help.
