Delivery Information –
– Delivery is to the UK only.
– All products will be shipped via Royal Mail signed for.
– We aim to ship our products as soon as we can, and all orders are dealt with promptly. Orders will be dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
– We can only ship orders once payment has been received and processed.
– Delivery charges on all orders are based upon the weight and size of the item and include cost for packaging materials.

Refund Policy
– We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us. However, problems can arise occasionally for example lost or damaged. If your item does not arrive or it arrives damaged, please email us, or call us to discuss options and refunds.
– If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days to return it to us unused and in its original packaging. Once we have received the item, we will either refund or exchange it for you (stock permitting). Return postage to be paid for by customer and not refundable by 3 C Jewellery. Please note we regret that due to health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings and earring findings. Any made to order items or bespoke items require 25% upfront payment which cannot be refunded after work has started.
How to return an item: Please contact us by email to let us know you would liked to return an item and the reasons for the return, once you have had confirmation from us, please return the item.
Please post the agreed items back to us in the original packaging or a suitably padded envelope or Jiffy bag to prevent damage. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post. We highly recommend that a certificate of posting is obtained for your benefit in case of loss or damage so that you can claim from the Post Office should this be necessary. The product must be returned to us in perfect unused condition.
We understand that on occasion customers may need to cancel an order. As our orders are processed quickly, please advise us as soon as you can so we can catch your order in time to cancel and refund you. However, if an order has already been shipped, we would ask that you follow the above returns policy accordingly.
When returning an item to us please make sure that your packaging is adequate for the return journey. If any items are damaged as a result of inadequate packaging, they cannot be considered for a refund.
